- Coordinate a senior SME team across Splunk, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes workstreams, including operational tasks, small projects, blockers, risks, action items, scope changes, and stakeholder priorities.
- Serve as the primary operational counterpart to the government program lead for progress reviews, pain points, improvement opportunities, new tasking, escalations, and aligned next steps
- Run structured internal SME meetings to review commitments, track progress, identify blockers, manage scope creep, capture lessons learned, and surface innovative service-improvement ideas
- Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption efforts through show-and-tell sessions, technical demos, follow-up meetings, and re-engagement with organizations interested in FSO capabilities
- Support AppDynamics adoption by coordinating application onboarding discussions, addressing system-owner concerns, and helping stakeholders understand the operational value of application visibility and issue isolation
- Support ThousandEyes service-delivery use cases including site visibility, endpoint visibility, WiFi monitoring, Teams/M365 monitoring, dashboard development, alert tuning, and coordination with customer-owned ServiceNow ticketing workflows
- Support Splunk-related delivery activities including cloud migration readiness coordination, operational reporting, historical log visibility, troubleshooting support, and security/remediation coordination.
- Coordinate FSO-related vulnerability, remediation, documentation, and ATO-support activities with security stakeholders and technical SMEs
- Maintain weekly executive-style status reporting and quarterly program reporting covering wins, progress, blockers, risks, stakeholder issues, operational improvements, and upcoming priorities
- Manage workflows to generate meeting minutes, extract action items, cross-reference prior commitments, identify at-risk follow-ups, and improve reporting consistency
- Participate in vendor briefings, webinars, conferences, and account meetings with Cisco, Splunk, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes teams to track platform updates, licensing considerations, roadmap items, and service-improvement opportunities.
