ACI Solutions, September 2011 - June 2024

From September 2011 to June 2024, I served as the Unified Communication over Unified Comuting System UC/UCS Team Lead, and Project Manager outsourced by ACI Solutions to support the TSA ITIP and IMPACT contracts. I seamlessly transitioned across contracts, starting with the TSA ITIP contracts under CSC, CSRA, and GDIT, and later moving to the IMPACT I & II contracts under CACI and Peraton.

Roles and Responsibilities: As a UC/UCS Team Lead. I also performed the following responsibilities:

  • Unified Communication / Unified Computing SME

Setup, configure, patch, update, upgrade, maintain the day-to-day operation in both Test and Production environment of the following: Cisco UCS B and C Series servers, Fabric Interconnects, VMWare ESXI, vCenter/ vSphere, CUCM, CUC, CER, UCCX, PCA, PCD, Telepresence, Video Conferencing, CMS, CMM, TMS, CDR, Webex Control Hub and more

  • Cyber Security Engineer

Working closely with Information Assurance Division "IAD", the Secure Infrastructure & Vulnerability Management Program "SIVM" to analyze & mitigate all UC/UCS centric Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Information Security Vulnerability Management (ISVMs), Nessus scans and validate the environment to meet the Authorization to Operate ATO standards.

  • Projects Management

Working closely with PMO, creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), allocate resources and delegate tasks to team members to deliver UC/UCS centric projects such as Integration, Migration, Testing & Validation, Hardware/Software Refresh and Software Upgrades,


Additionally served as the project manager responsible for transitioning the UC/UCS environment across multiple contract changes, successfully overseeing migrations from CSC to CSRA, GDIT, CACI and ultimately Peraton
